Dell Latitude 13 7370

The Dell Latitude 13 7370 is thinner and good looking. This has been the trend of most of the business laptops in the market today It does have the same wonderful bezel free display as the XPS 13. The starting price for this laptop is $1300. It is built quite strong. This laptop has good security features These are the following specs of the 2nd model  ( There are 3 of them ). 1.1 GHz Intel Core m5-6Y57, 0S Windows 10 Pro, 8GB RAM, 256 SSD storage, 13.3 inch of screen display, 1920x1080 ordinary resolution, Intel HD Graphics 515, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 8260 Wi-Fi model, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.9 x 1.8 inches touchpad size . It has ports for the SD card slot, SIM card, Thunderbolt 3, Combo headphone/microphone jack, lock slot, micro HDMI, 3 USB ports, 2 card slots one for the SIM and the other for the SD memory reader. The size of the laptop is 12 x 8.3 x 0.56 inches and it weighs 2.7 pounds.
This business laptop is quite lustrous and has no circular edges. It has a nice looking carbon fiber and aluminum that is rather sturdy. You can choose between 2 lids: the dark gunmetal aluminum
( standard ) or the black, soft touch, carbon fiber which is available on  models that use the 3200 x 1800 display. Both lids have the standard logo feature of Dell in color black. It’s weight of 2.7 pounds and size of 12 x 8.3 x 0.6 makes it easier for the user to carry around. You will surely like the ports because of it’s locations. On the left side you can spot 2 thunderbolt 3 ports ( one of them can be used for charging. There is also the micro-HDMI port and a SIM card slot that can be used for mobile data. On the right side is the SD card reader, audio output, a USB 3.0 port and a security lock slot. I do not like the location of the 720p webcam because it is placed on the bottom left corner of the bezel. This is not a good place to put it.
The Keyboard on this laptop is quite pleasant to use but I can see that they are a bit close to each other. It has a touchpad measuring 3.9 x 1.8 inch. It gives the user enough space if he or she wants to navigate the web. It is just perfect for scrolling. The Intel Core M processors installed in the latitude 13 7370 has the Intel vPRO system management technology, an TPM encryption for the data. You can have the option of having a fingerprint reader for biometric logins.  There are two kinds of screens the 1080 touch screen from the lower end model and the 1800 non touch screen from the higher end version. Both of them do produce bright images but not as sharp as I want it to be. The 1080p version has a brightness score of 395 nits, while the 1800 has a brightness score of 327 nits. The 1800 version has a 117 percent sRGB color gamut rating, while the 1080p has a sRGB gamut rating of 107 percent. The Delta-E scores on the 1800 version is 6.1 and the 1080 version scored 9.5. The score that is nearer to 0 is better. This laptop has a good audio system.
This laptop is a good machine to do work. It is quite competent but cannot handle to many jobs at the same time. If you are using the version with 1080p, it is not advisable to stream videos while you are doing other things. The battery of this laptop won’t last you the whole day so bring your charger wherever you go. The 1080p version will last for almost 8 hours and the 1800 version will last for just over 6 hours. The Dell Latitude 13 7370 can also heat up, especially when you are streaming videos. The entry level for this laptop is priced at $1300 and this base model has the following specifications a Core m3-6y30 CPU, 4 GB of RA, a 128 SSD and a 1080 display. The specifications I mentioned above are that of the 2nd model and it does cost $1743. The 3rd model is the high end model that will cost $2785 and it's specifications are the following:  a Core m7-6Y75 processor, a 3200 x 1800 display, 16 GB of RAM 512 GB carbon filled lid instead of the usual aluminum. If you think that this is the laptop you want then you must really think about it.
